How to Cancel Your Amazon Prime Subscription

Prime Membership

To cancel your Prime membership, regardless of how you created your subscription, visit the Account Settings page. Under the "Your Account" tab, select "End Membership."

Prime Video-Only Subscription

If you only have a subscription to Prime Video, you can cancel it through the Prime Video website. Go to the Prime Video Settings page and select "End Subscription."

Prime Video Channel Subscriptions

To cancel a Prime Video channel subscription, go to the Account Settings page and select "Channels" under the "Memberships & Subscriptions" section. Find the channel you want to cancel and select "Cancel Subscription."

Third-Party Subscriptions

If you created your Prime subscription through a third-party, such as a mobile service provider, you may need to contact the provider to cancel it.
